Founded in 1984 and built in 1892 Clarence House was converted from a Hotel to provide accommodation for 21 residents including Dementia. The home is situated 3/4mile from Leamington Spa Town Centre with all major facilities readily accessible.

We are extremely proud of the reputation that has been built over the past
23 years and always striving to offer the very best quality care and service to all our residents which is reflected by our commitment to keep the number of occupants in the home around 19 and the improvements made to the home since 2006. The management and all the staff will provide a service that they would be more than happy to offer their own loved ones and the home has a reputation as a very friendly home and almost all of our residents stay with us for the entirety of their life.

In the homely and relaxed atmosphere, every possible need is catered for. A modern kitchen maintains high standards of cuisine and can cater for most dietary requirements. Public rooms include a spacious lounge with audio and television facility; a large dining room and a quiet area to receive guests and friends. All rooms have a nurse call facility and those upstairs are served either by the passenger lift or the single stair lift.

All of our staff have the relevant experience including Alzheimer's Society
endorsed training in Dementia Care and some of the staff are qualified
nurses. The home has also been refurbished with additional bathrooms, wet
room and bedrooms with en-suite facilities.

The fees currently charged are Social Services rates for the standard rooms to £485.00 for the large rooms or rooms with en-suite facilities.
